If I could tell you one thing about how I approach family law, it is that:   

The decision as to whether to pursue a divorce is a critical and personal one for each client.  My clients receive counseling on all aspects of their lives which are implicated by a divorce, including their legal options in filing for a divorce, as well as custody, real property, personal property, support, insurance, retirement benefits, investments and other financial issues.  

BIO:

Elizabeth M. Ross is an associate of Lieblich & Grimes, P.C., practicing in all areas of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, custody, support, and post-divorce issues.  Ms. Ross practices in the collaborative model as well as litigation, and serves as a mediator.  She also serves as a Guardian ad litem representing children in custody and abuse and neglect cases.  Ms. Ross was named as a Rising Star by the 2010 SuperLawyer section of the Richmond Magazine.
