Understanding family dynamics is a key component to determining what the client’s desired outcome is for their financial future. This
understanding allows me to blend their needs and wishes with their
goals, which I keep in mind while reviewing the tax ramifications of
their decisions, their assets and income. I consult with attorneys on the tax and financial implications of various Property Settlement Agreement scenarios.
